The couple sponsored by Reebok participated this Sunday of the Half Marathon of Asunción.

Fábio and Beatriz Nascimento faced the cold weather in Paraguay and took Brazil to the podium on the Half Marathon of Asunción. Beatriz was the champion and Fabio got the third place this Sunday on the 21 kilometers course event at the capital of Paraguay. Reebok sponsors the couple.

With the time of 1h20min26sec of race, Beatriz clomb very happy the podium to the highest place. " It was really cold and the race took place in a place with a wonderful landscape". The course was full of ascents and long descents, but I was well prepared", said the athlete that won for the second consecutive time an event of that type. She walked out victorious of the Half Marathon of Punta del Leste in Uruguay, in May as well.

Fábio Nascimento, Beatriz' husband for nine years, also reached the podium. He got the third place with the time of 1h06min35sec. " Fábio improved his time in this race, comparing with the race of Punta del Leste. Now we will go back to Brazil and train for the Circuit FlexPé Reebok event, that takes place in Mogi das Cruzes next Sunday", concluded Beatriz.
